More Flavor, Less Calories!

Hi All!!!

As most of us would like to consume less calories in the new year, but that doesn’t mean your food can’t still be full of flavor!?! This new year I challenage you to experiment with spices,herbs, and seasonings. There is no right or wrong way to use them, you may like a lot of something or maybe just a pinch. The best way is to make it taste the way that you like it. One of my favorite seasonings is Creole, particularly on chicken breast and homemade sweet potato fries! YUM! Of course though you can try it on tons of different foods that you probably never even thought of. Spices, herbs, and seasonings are a way to add so much flavor to a dish without adding the extra calories. Ditch the extra butter and heavy sauces!
