We all know that mayo isn’t the healthiest choice when it comes to condinements, but no worries mayo lovers! I recently have tried making chicken salad with plain greek yogurt rather than mayo and it tastes just as delicious with no fat! Delcious and a healthier option, why not try it ???!?!
3 TBSP plain greek yogurt (I use Chobani brand)
10 purple grapes, sliced in halves (use as many or less as you desire)
2 tbsp chopped pecans (use as many or less as you desire)
salt and pepper to taste
Mix all ingtediants together in a medium size bowl and Enjoy it on a piece of whole wheat bread, crackers, or even just plain!!!
